Allysa Beasley

Alyssa is a native of Brunswick, GA and currently resides in Athens, GA while attending the University of Georgia.

Since the age of two, Alyssa has been dancing and over the years received many awards regionally & nationally for her performances and choreography. Alyssa was a student teacher and choreographer for 3 years at her hometown dance studio. In addition, at the age of 6, Alyssa began competitive gymnastics and trained for over 9 years as an optional level gymnast, winning numerous state and national awards.

Alyssa is studying Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Georgia to eventually obtain a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. She is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and the owner of a mini Australian Shephard named Ava.

Alyssa was the 2017 Miss Georgia and Top 12 finalist at the Miss America Pageant. At the Miss Georgia Pageant, she was successful in winning Overall Talent, Swimwear and Evening Wear as well as the prestigious Florida Harrell Performing Arts Award Scholarship to her self- choreographed piece to “When Your Feet Don’t Touch the Ground”. As Miss Georgia, Alyssa traveled the state promoting her platform #RiseUp: Impact Through The Arts. Alyssa’s passion is dance and her heart’s desire is to share her passion & abilities with disadvantaged / disabled children who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience the art of dance. Alyssa remains to be an ambassador for the non-profit organization based out of NYC, Little-by-Little, which very closely mirrors her platform.


Martina Gibboney

Martina Gibboney is a freelance writer, nationally published in multiple, influential sewing magazines. She loves to design, sew, create, dance, and was the 2016 DWNGS Mirror Ball winner and placed in the 2017 judges’ awards. Martina and her partner also placed in the People’s Choice competition in 2017.

Martina was a majorette for 5 years in school. In her late 20’s she took up dancing, jazz, tap and ballet, and became a dancer for Atlanta Dance Unlimited for 5 years. Her favorite dance role was playing Little Bo Peep, in the production of Babes In Toyland. In the mid 90’s she took up Interior Decorating and was named one of the top 3 Romantic Designers in Atlanta Magazine.
She now lives in Suches with her husband, dog and four cats, (amorously referred to as Elly May by her husband) where she enjoys the beautiful scenery while sewing, designing, and keeping in shape by going to Jazzercise classes. She is a member of the American Sewing Guild, the Gaddistown Homemakers and believes in giving back to the community.


Waylon Jones

Waylon Jones is a professional ballroom champion and retired professional ballet dancer. Waylon began his dance career in Tennessee at the age of 10. He received his training with Children’s Dance Theatre in Springfield before performing with The Nashville Ballet. After high school he received a scholarship to attend North Carolina School of the Arts. Waylon also danced with The Pasadena Ballet and The Joffery Ballet in NYC.

After Waylon retired from professional ballet, he started training in Ballroom and Latin dance. He has won several regional competitions in American Rhythm, Ballroom, and Theatre Arts. In the Theatre Arts division he placed 4th in the World and was invited twice to represent the USA at the British invitational, Blackpool Dance Festival. He has owned multiple, successful dance studios in Tennessee and Georgia and still teaches master classes across the region. He now resides in Dacula, GA with his wife of 14 years, and his two beautiful girls who are all professional actresses.
