Sharon Lee and Josiah Jackson

Sharon Fincher Lee moved from Atlanta to Helen, GA with her mother, and two brothers when she was young and considers herself to be a native.  She’s blessed to have found this area to call home and currently resides in the Leaf Community of White County. She is married and has three grown children and a golden doodle pup. Sharon worked for the Chamber of Commerce in the 90’s, and was one of the co-founders of the White County Meth Task Force.  She and her husband currently own two businesses in White County, Precision Metal Buildings and Americas Best Self Storage.  She attends Concord Baptist Church. Sharon has served on numerous civic and non-profit boards, but her current passion is to help children in DFCS care by volunteering as a CASA for Enotah CASA.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, boating on the Lake and traveling with her husband.

As a member of the musical theatre troupe, Play on Players, Josiah Jackson danced and sang in four award winning performances – Seussical, Jr., The Little Mermaid, Jr., Guys and Dolls, Jr. and Once on this Island, Jr. He also performed in the world premier performances of Elf, Jr., Madagascar, Jr., and Mary Poppins, Jr. Josiah had a lead role as Centipede in the performance of James and the Giant Peach that won the overall award at the 2017 National Performing Arts Festival in Walt Disney World. With the Hollow Horse Players, he was chosen to dance in the opening number at the Georgia Thespians Conference and wowed audiences as Donkey in Shrek the Musical. With iTheatrics, he traveled to New York to dance in the choreography DVD for Lion King, Jr. Currently, one of his favorite roles is drummer for worship music in Kids Club at Concord Baptist Church.  Josiah has really enjoyed getting to work with his amazing partner, Sharon Lee!  As a former foster child himself, Josiah is especially delighted to participate in this year’s Dancing With North Georgia Stars!
