Nicole Turney played softball until she walked into a dance studio for the first time at age 12. She learned a spectrum of dance styles including ballet, jazz, tap, modern and acrobatics. As a senior in High School, she was accepted in the Dekalb Center for Performing Arts for music, theatre, and dance. She was cast as the lead in the Spring Musical that year. She went on from High School to Brenau Women’s college and majored in dance and later, also theatre. She spent a year in the UK working in a theatre during her last year of college. Presently, she is a mom to 6 children. Nicole works for the United States Post Office, Allison’s Honey and Vineyard, and is the owner/operator of Bee Naturales. Returning to dance for the “Dancing with North Georgia Stars” will be a real challenge for her, but the purpose is worth the work.
